Hey folks! It's winter again, which means a couple things:

  • It's snowing. And cold. Maybe (hopefully) not like last year, but the clouds are indeed falling from the skies again.
  • Weekends are a thing! You haven't raced your bike in a while (fat bikes and indoor trainers don't count) and having 2 free days every weekend is simply amazing.
  • That being said, it's also time to start thinking about next year's race season. Which means re-building that bike you forgot to clean before putting it in winter storage. And stocking up on all the essentials for the 2016 race season. And in order to turn your old, clapped-out gently used equipment into a new, functional bike you're going to need a bike swap.

We've got just the thing for you:

If you'd like to sell some stuff at the swap you can reserve a vendor spot online at BikeReg (bikereg.com/b2c2-spring-bike-swap). Spaces are 6' x 6' and $35 if you register before Feb 20th.

If you're just looking to pick up some new parts, simply make your way over to District Hall (75 Northern Ave, Boston MA 02210) on Saturday Feb. 27th between 12-3pm. Admission to the swap is $2.

This will be the only B2C2 Swap this year. We're moving away from the semi-annual swap to a once-a-year event to help concentrate the buyers and sellers so you get MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. And as always, we will be raffling off tons of awesome bicycle-related and non-bicycle-related swag. Food and drink will be available via the Venture Cafe, in the same building as the event space.

See you all there!
